Yesterday, Microsoft released the Windows 10 Insider Preview build 14390, and rumors start circulating all across the web that the build 14390 is RTM build of Windows 10 Anniversary Update a.k.a version 1607 or Redstone 1. If this is true, then it means that development cycle of Anniversary update end with this build.
The information first came from the Zac Bowden, the former writer of Winbeta, currently working for Windows Central. You can check the following tweet made by him:

The chances are high that this is not just a rumor because the company released Insider Preview build 14390 for fast ring users with only one known issue and not comes with any serious problems or bug as reported by Windows 10 insiders. You can check the public announcement of build 14390 on the official blog.
Microsoft has already mentioned a few days ago that the free upgrade program for Windows 10 will expire on 29 July 2016 and the Anniversary Update of Windows 10 will be available for users all around the world on 02 August 2016.
At the moment, we have not much information to confirm this rumor, but as soon as possible we got something related to it. We will update it on our site.
In the meantime, why don’t you let us know what you think about Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14390? Is it a Rumor or News?
