2. Click on (…) More action icon.
3. Here in the list, you need to click on full screen icon to go full screen in edge browser just like shown in the following screenshot.
To exit full screen mode user can press the F11 key again or alternatively they can click on Restore icon available in the top-right corner of the web page.

Microsoft Edge full screen mode is available, but to access that feature users need to try different keyboard key combination. It is a secret feature and is revealed by Reddit user Phantasm1337. Even I have no idea why Microsoft decided not to advertise this feature in the previous build.
Anyways it is possible to open secret full screen mode of Edge browser in Windows 10 Creator update and all it take is a simple key combo:
Windows 10 users can open Microsoft Edge full screen mode just by pressing together Windows Logo, Shift, and Enter keys.
