Microsoft announced its Windows 10 Anniversary update at the build conference last month, which will be available to users later this year. This new build comes with lots of new features and changes like you can run ubuntu bash on Windows 10, install the new extension on edge browser, improve action center and more.
This new build is available for the user who has enrolled to receive insider build of Windows 10. In this build software, giant also made some changes in the personalization menu of Windows 10 that provides users ability to enable Windows 10 dark mode or black theme right from the Settings.

Previously the Windows 10 dark mode was available via the registry hack, but this option is now available in Windows 10 settings menu. To enable dark theme in Windows 10 you need to follow steps in upcoming line
How to Enable Windows 10 Dark Mode (BlackTheme)
1. Launch the Settings App. For that Click on Start button ->Settings.
2. From available options, you need to click on Personalization.
3. Now you need to select the Colors tab. On the right side scroll down to the bottom of the page till you find choose your mode. Here you can set Light or Dark color scheme.
By default, the light mode is selected. If you want to enable dark mode, select the dark mode option and settings panel will quickly switch to dark mode.
You don’t have to reboot or log off your computer to make the changes happen. At the moment, this options is available in Windows 10 insider build 14316. This update will be rolled out to all Windows users with the anniversary build.
